The Remuera Unit that wasn’t selling and then sold just one day after staging

Preparing a home for a garden wedding

Background: Chris and Jim were getting married, in just six months, in their garden. The house was in need of redecoration and de-cluttering – between them they’d accumulated 20 years of stuff. They’d also just been let down by their colour consultant. They called Lorraine and gave her free range to transform the home in time for their nuptials.

Home Staging Case Study

It was by chance that I met Lorraine Wilson from Housedressings Ltd. The timing was perfect. I just happened to have put my property on the market and it was looking so unappetizing. Getting a Rental Property Ready for Sale

Dear Lorraine, Thank you so much for the way you prepared my rental property for sale. After my tenants moved out, it was looking even bleaker than it had with their furniture in it. With the thoughtful and stylish way you placed furniture, ornaments, rugs and artwork throughout the house, it gave it a much stronger appeal.
